Went running this morning. I never used to look forward to running. I must sound crazy.
I’m getting better on biking as well.
Swimming is more challenging, but I’ll get there. I’m considering joining a Masters class.

Just found another free site for plotting and saving training routes. You have to sign up to try it, but it’s free so why not.
These types of sites are nice when you want to plan a training ride or run for a certain number of miles in advance…
Google Maps rocks. I found this cool site where on Google Maps you can plan your route and have it show you how long it will be.
You plot points, and it measures your route for you.
Very cool for running and cycling.
So for the past 6 weeks I’ve been training for a triathlon. I’ve never done anything like this before, and I’ve never generally been all that “athletic”…. It’s been really interesting though as

I’ve bought 5-6 books on the subject and used some to build a training plan for myself in preparation for the event. Just a list of things that I’ve acquired in preparation for the last 3 months:
