Jakob Nielsen “digs” at the search industry. I actually like his article and think he makes some decent points. Danny Sullivan rebuts the article, but I think once you get past the harsh intro, his conclusions are rather mild.
Establish your own gravitational force with your customers, keep them coming back, redouble your efforts on loyalty…. for it will reduce your total costs of doing business.
