Inventory Management
I posted here a few days ago about inventory management and how critical it is if you’re selling online. Well, if you’re an eBay seller who has hit the big-time (now selling over 30k per month in gross merchandise volume) and now you have to get your own warehouse and start tracking your inventory more rigorously, how do you get started?
As it turns out, finding online articles about hardcore inventory and warehouse management is extremely difficult. Difficult enough that you would probably attempt to reinvent the science on your own. I searched around a long time to find this resource, but I’m glad I found it. It’s called InventoryOps.com. In particular, check out the Articles area.
Inventory management not a new science, so it pays to not reinvent the wheel. Anything you are trying to do with regards to inventory is probably someplace on this site. Hopefully it helps someone out there.
